Refund and Returns Policy:
PRESERVER takes great pride in our cooking products and their exceptional quality. We prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy. If you need to return an item within 30 days of receipt, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process with detailed instructions.
For a return to be eligible, the product must be in “as new” condition, with the original label and packaging in a box. If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item, you will be responsible for paying the actual shipping costs for the return.

PRESERVER stands behind our products with full confidence. If you don’t love our high-quality devices, inform us directly. As long as you meet the conditions of the 14-day test use policy, you will receive a full refund for your order. The 14-day return time frame starts from the day of delivery. Please inform us of your intention to return the items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Kindly be aware that in case of returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Additionally, for a refund to be processed, the item(s) must be received at our distribution center in “Like New” condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact. To be eligible for a return, the device must be unused and in clean condition. Protective films must not be removed or damaged. We cannot accept returns on used, damaged, or dirty items, devices without packaging, or items in damaged packaging. Individual or special order items are non-returnable. Any credit card charges we cannot recover will be applied to all returns of items held in stock. Shipping costs (both ways) are not reimbursed.
Regrettably, orders purchased for temporary or one-time use, like trade shows or conferences, are ineligible for returns.
Losses or Damages:
PRESERVER is not responsible for losses or damages during return shipment. We strongly advise you to insure your shipment. There is no right to revocation for goods made to customer specifications or personalized items, perishable goods, or items past their use-by date. After confirming your eligibility for a full refund via email, our internal team will process the refund within 14 days. Once we receive your email/SMS requesting cancellation, our Customer Care Department will confirm the details with your order and issue a full refund within 48 hours. Please note that the actual refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
To cancel an order, please get in touch with us promptly to avoid return shipping fees. Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund, while those cancelled after shipping will incur return shipping costs.
